We ship all orders from our meditation studio in China.
Processing usually takes 24–72 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day. Once your parcel has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide with free standard shipping on every order.
Most parcels arrive within 7–30 business days, depending on your country and local carrier. You’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your cushion from our studio to your home.
What is your return policy?
We know choosing a meditation cushion online can feel personal, so we offer a gentle return window. You can return your order within 10 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

All packages are shipped via international shipping, and we offer worldwide free shipping.

Our warehouse ships only on business days (Monday to Friday). We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Processing and shipping typically take 24-72 hours, depending on order volume.
