We understand how challenging it can be to choose handmade spiritual items online. Unless otherwise stated, you may return or exchange items or request a refund to your original payment method within 60 days. We recommend using USPS for returns, but you’re welcome to use any shipping carrier of your choice.
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Contact Us: Please email us at 2020thmy@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for securely packaging the item(s) and covering return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused. We cannot offer refunds for damaged items, so please contact us if you have any concerns about how to ship your return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Due to limited availability, these items are subject to a strict 7-day return policy. We provide detailed product photos and descriptions to help you make an informed decision. If you have any questions about our one-of-a-kind collection, please contact us directly.
Incorrect / Damaged Items:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or full refund—we deeply value the opportunity to make things right!
