You can return any item within 10 days of receiving it using any courier service of your choice, and we will refund the money to your original payment account. For orders older than 10 days, we are happy to offer an exchange service. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please give us the opportunity to serve you better – our ultimate goal is to ensure your 100% satisfaction. If the item you ordered doesn't suit you or your everyday needs, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.

Please note: Gift cards are non-refundable, but we are happy to provide you with store credit for future use.
You will receive your refund within four weeks of handing the package to the return carrier, but you may receive it sooner. This timeframe includes the shipping time for us to receive the return, the processing time after we receive the return (7-14 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Please carefully package your return items. Store credit will only be issued if the item is damaged.
