Shipping & Return Policy (FAQ)

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?
    We ship all packages via China Post. For international customers, please use the shipping calculator on the cart page to estimate total shipping costs. All orders are eligible for Priority and Express Mail services.

  2. When will my order ship?
    Our warehouse ships orders on business days only (Monday to Friday). We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Depending on order volume, it takes approximately 1–3 business days to process and ship your order. Once your order is shipped and scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email.

  3. What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?
    If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us before sending anything back. We will do our best to replace any missing or damaged products.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or modify it. We kindly ask you to double-check your order before submitting it, as changes or cancellations may be difficult once the order is complete.

  1. What is your return and exchange policy?
    We understand how challenging it can be to choose personal items online. You may return your item within 60 days of delivery and use any postal service of your choice to send it back for a refund to your original payment method.

For our one-of-a-kind vintage collections:
Due to their limited nature, these special items have a 7-day return window. We do our best to provide all necessary information through photos and descriptions. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

We kindly ask that you pack return items securely. Refunds do not include shipping costs, and store credit may be issued only in cases where items arrive damaged.

  1. How long does it take to receive a refund?
    You should receive your refund within 7–14 days of us receiving your return. In most cases, it may arrive sooner. This time includes our processing and your bank’s refund handling.

For our unique, one-of-a-kind, and vintage items:
These pieces have a shorter return window (7 days), so please review product details carefully. If you have questions about any of these unique items, don’t hesitate to reach out.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


General Inquiries

  1. How do I care for my mala?
    It’s best to keep your mala beads moisturized with your preferred oil or occasionally use a pea-sized amount of mineral oil. Rub it gently (with optional essential oil) between your hands and apply thoroughly to the mala. If you live in a dry climate, consider doing this every few months—otherwise, once a year is fine. Over time, natural beads may darken, which is a beautiful reminder of your spiritual journey.

All our beads are hand-strung by artisans with care. Some designs are more durable, others more decorative. Larger beads typically have larger holes, accommodating stronger cords. Gemstone beads are generally heavier than wood or seed beads. Consider these when choosing a mala for daily wear.

Over time, soap, oils, lotions, and sweat can cause cords and porous beads to wear down. Even synthetic cords can degrade quickly with regular exposure to moisture and skin residue. We suggest avoiding excess moisture, as frequent wear may require restringing.

To clean, use warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap. Pat dry and hang to air dry.

  1. What size mala bracelet is right for me?
    We recommend using a soft measuring tape 📏 to measure your wrist, or use our printable sizing guide to determine your wrist size.

  1. Do you offer restringing services?
    Yes! We offer mala restringing services. Every practitioner needs to restring their mala from time to time—it’s considered an important part of spiritual practice. If your mala breaks prematurely, please let us know—we’re happy to help repair or restring it.

Since our malas are handmade, we may not always have materials on hand for restringing. Please contact us at 2020thmy@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Many of our customers prefer to restring their own malas as part of their practice. We encourage you to try it too!

  1. How should I choose a mala?
    The best way to choose a mala is to set your intention. Consider practicality (size, material), aesthetics, and what you hope to cultivate through your mala—whether it's healing, clarity, protection, etc. Every gemstone carries energy that aligns with specific intentions. You can use filters in our Mala Collection to narrow your search. Most importantly, trust your intuition. Choose the piece that resonates with you.

  2. Do you offer wholesale?
    Yes! If you are a brick-and-mortar retailer with a valid reseller certificate, we are happy to assist with any wholesale inquiries.
