How long will it take to receive my order?
All packages are shipped via international shipping, and we offer worldwide free shipping.
When will my order ship?
Our warehouse ships only on business days (Monday to Friday). We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Processing and shipping typically take 24-72 hours, depending on order volume. Once your order has shipped and been scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us before returning it. We will do our best to replace any missing or damaged items.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they leave our warehouse. Please double-check your order before submitting it, as changes or cancellations after order completion may be difficult.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We understand that shopping for personal items online can be tricky. You can return items within 10 days of receiving them using any shipping method of your choice, and we will refund the money to your original payment account.
Please ensure that returned items are properly packaged. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. Only items damaged upon delivery will be refunded in the form of store credit.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, we typically process refunds within 7-14 days. In most cases, refunds are processed faster. This timeframe includes our processing time and your bank's refund processing time.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.
