Processing usually takes 24–72 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day. Once your parcel has been picked up and scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Most parcels arrive within 7–30 business days, depending on your country and local carrier. You’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your cushion from our studio to your home.

We know choosing a meditation cushion online can feel personal, so we offer a gentle return window. You can return your order within 10 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All packages are shipped via international shipping, and we offer worldwide free shipping.

Our warehouse ships only on business days (Monday to Friday). We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Processing and shipping typically take 24-72 hours, depending on order volume. Once your order has shipped and been scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us before returning it. We will do our best to replace any missing or damaged items.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they leave our warehouse. Please double-check your order before submitting it, as changes or cancellations after order completion may be difficult.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We understand that shopping for personal items online can be tricky. You can return items within 10 days of receiving them using any shipping method of your choice, and we will refund the money to your original payment account.

Please ensure that returned items are properly packaged. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. Only items damaged upon delivery will be refunded in the form of store credit.
